"An Arts & Craft project for people living in Lewisham, who have mental health support needs. Offering a supportive welcoming space to explore your creativity, learn new art techniques, put structure to your day and maybe make new friends." Mo Saunders - Co-Ordinator Network Arts

Exhibitions are a great way of showcasing our members work, as well as raising public awareness about mental health issues and promoting art as a way of maintaining mental wellbeing.

Putting on an exhibition involves far more than hanging artwork on a wall. It requires careful planning of, for example, which pieces will be displayed, where in the room they will be displayed, and who should be invited to attend the opening night (Private view). Members are involved throughout this planning process, and for many this helps to increase their self confidence and self esteem.

Some members have also had solo exhibitions.
